The journey of Questunit began in April 2021 in Enugu, Nigeria. What started as a simple idea soon became a mission to make everyday services more accessible while creating meaningful earning opportunities for skilled individuals. Before Questunit became a digital platform, services were coordinated manually through phone calls and WhatsApp messages. For three years, we listened to customers, connected them with trusted service providers, learned from real-life challenges, and refined our vision through direct experience.

Those years provided invaluable insights into the difficulties people face when trying to find reliable help and the challenges skilled workers encounter when seeking opportunities. We realized there was a need for a smarter, safer, and more efficient way for people to request services and for professionals to offer them.

Late 2024, we began designing the Questunit platform with the goal of transforming this manual process into a seamless digital experience. After months of design, development, testing, learning, and improvement, Questunit was officially launched in 2025 to a wider audience. Our focus remains simple — delivering reliability and convenience for requesters and dignity, flexibility, and income opportunities for service renderers whether a requester needs caregiving, babysitting, fitness training, laundry services, pet walking, car washing, massage,or dishwashing.

As we continue to grow, our commitment remains unchanged: to uphold high standards of safety, trust, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We understand that trust is earned through consistency and we remain focused on improving our technology and strengthening our community.
